There is something special for our rasikas this week. We are happy to launch a new segment titled, 'Raga Conversations' in our Soundcloud channel!
Imagine if ragas were individuals with different personalities and if they choose to converse with each other, what would the result be? An imagination on these lines has led to this new concept of Raga Conversation, an attempt to capture the beauty of two ragas intertwined with each other.
First in this series is the conversation between Hamsadwani and Vasanthi. Uma Ram, apart from composing this piece, has also for the first time attempted an arrangement for this composition.
